Notice of information regarding personal data protection

is a personal data operator registered with ANSCDCP.

In accordance with the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, is obliged to manage, under secure conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide about yourself, a family member, or another person.

The purpose of data collection is: COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY – ISSUING INVOICES, TRANSPORT NOTES FOR SHIPPING GOODS.

You are/are not required to provide the data, as they are necessary for registration as a client and the issuance of fiscal documents. Your refusal will result in the cancellation of the order and non-delivery of the requested products.

The recorded information is intended for use by the operator and is communicated only to the following recipients: The data subjects and, where applicable, the judicial and police authorities in case of irregularities.

In accordance with Law no. 677/2001, you have the right of access, the right to intervene on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to address the judiciary. Additionally, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and request its deletion*. To exercise these rights, you can submit a written, dated, and signed request to the CUSTOMER RELATIONS SERVICE. You are also recognized the right to address the judiciary.

Your data will NOT be transferred to other countries abroad.

If any of your data is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible.

Note:
*Any person has the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data concerning them. This right to object may be excluded for certain processing activities provided by law (e.g., processing carried out by financial and tax services, police, judiciary, social security). Therefore, this mention cannot be included if the processing is mandatory;
*Any person also has the right to object, free of charge and without any justification, to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Measures taken to ensure the security of personal data processing

• According to Order 52/2002 on the minimum security measures for ensuring the security of personal data processing, zastitamotora.com has implemented this security system:
• User authentication is done through a secure connection (SSL). Users log in to the website zastitamotora.com using individual usernames and passwords.
• Authentication type: SSH, Secure Shell. The website is secured with an SSL security certificate (all transmitted data is encrypted) to keep your data safe. Your data is collected through a secure SSL web interface.
• Backup execution: Password-protected backups are executed. Computers and access terminals running Windows/Linux desktop systems are protected and password-secured.
• Access files: Access to personal data by authorized persons is logged in log files.
• Telecommunication systems: Access to telecommunication systems is controlled by firewall applications/systems;
• Computer usage: Access to computer systems is granted only based on individual usernames and passwords.
• Data printing: Data printing is only performed by authorized personnel, in cases required by law.
• Staff training: The staff will be informed about the Operator’s privacy policy and instructions regarding confidentiality and the personal data processing process, as well as the security measures for personal data processing.
• Access to data on the server is permitted only to the operator and is only allowed through a secure password.
  Periodic password changes are required. Data is stored on password-protected partitions.
