Once the order is placed, it does not guarantee the delivery of the product. The product will be delivered only if it is in stock. Immediately after placing the order, you will be contacted to confirm the delivery of the desired product.
The ordered products will be delivered only via courier, with delivery taking place within 24-48 hours for products in stock and approximately 14 days for products with an external order.
The shipping fee for packages delivered to locations with FanCourier or Urgent Curier branches ranges from 30 to 50 lei, depending on the weight of the ordered product.
The payment for the product will be made upon receipt of the package, and the product can be checked in the presence of the courier.
Product returns can be made within 14 days of receipt. If the product shows signs of use or any modifications, it can no longer be returned. In case the product was ordered incorrectly, the courier fees will not be covered by us.
The warranty offered for tow hooks is 24 months and can be claimed only if the mounting and maintenance instructions for the tow hook have been carefully followed.
